Damper

Recently I have been looking at a Damper recipe with respect to halving and doubling recipe quantities.
The recipe I have suggests 3 cups Self Raising flour, 80g butter, 3/4 cup water cooked in an oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 – 45 minutes. I used a third of the quantities, melted the butter in the microwave and stirred it through the flour before adding the water and mixing that through. I then wrapped the mixture in Alfoil and cooked it for 30 minutes. With honey drizzled over a wedge, it tasted delicious.
