Research Finds Increasing Steps Cuts Death Rate by 46% From the Sydney Morning Herald

As I strive to walk 10000 steps every day I was encouraged by this article. I used to have the aim for most days but once or twice a week I’d have a slack day. Since the beginning of September (Steptember month for Cerebral Palsy Alliance) I have managed it daily. Not sure I feel any different but it certainly is a talking point at work.
